Simple Green Smoothie for Beginners
I've tried A LOT of green smoothie recipes over the years, and this one is by far my favorite! Being pregnant during this crazy flu season, I've been trying to drink a green smoothie everyday to stay healthy. Also, being pregnant with a two young kids is no joke! I need all the energy I can get lately.
If you are looking for a simple way to boost your health, try this recipe! Several of my friends have tried it when they've come over and loved it!
IF you're looking for a new blender, I recommend this one. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and very affordable.
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango Mix
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
- Blend spinach and water in blender together. (very important you do this first!)
- Cut avocado
- Add avocado, frozen mango mix, carrots, and coconut oil
- Blend everything together
- Pour and enjoy
That's it! It's super simple!
